Return Policy

Within 10 days of the invoice date:
  • CPUs, memory, special orders, clearance corner items, auction items, indirect sales or products not in their complete original condition (including pen markings, filled-in registration cards, torn documentation, etc.) may be returned for repair/replacement of the same item as per any applicable warranty.
  • All other products may be returned for merchandise credit or repair/replacement as per any applicable warranty. Credits for software are accepted only if unopened and if the factory seal is intact.
After 10 days of the invoice date:
  • All products may be returned for repair/replacement of the same item as per any applicable CCS warranty. If the product has a manufacturer's warranty, it should be returned directly to the manufacturer. If you need contact information or assistance dealing with the manufacturer, send an email to service@cc-solutions.com.

 

IF YOU HAVE A PRODUCT THAT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED:

Please complete the RMA Request form. Once completed, you will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by email. Your RMA number acts as a tracking number for your return, so please keep it in a safe place. Packages returned without a proper RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for a 14 day period once issued, so the product must be returned within that time frame. We will not be responsible for the shipping charges to CCS. Since we assume no responsibility for the loss of the returned product during shipping, we suggest that all returns be sent by a traceable and insured method such as UPS or FedEx.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Physically damaged merchandise not reported within 7 days of receipt will void any and all warranties.
- Returned merchandise must be properly packed.
- Returned items sent C.O.D. will be refused.
- If you have made two or more returns in a year, where the product(s) claimed to be defective are not, we may deem your returns as "excessive" and reserve the right to charge a testing fee of $50 per incident thereafter.
